I had a nice stay at this hotel. It wasn't far from the Akasaka train station, which happened to be the Harry Potter train station. The property is very clean and well kept. Having washers & dryers on the premises was a plus. The only glitch that happened was when I was leaving. The receptionist helped me book a cab, with listed prices, but the cab driver insisted on his higher meter fare. When we called the hotel, the receptionist said that the fare was higher because of the weird hours I'm taking the cab (early morning). I wouldn't have had an issue with it if I was told ahead of time.

The lobby is the nicest part of this hotel. My room is small, and the pillows were even smaller. Overall not the most bang for your buck, but it was super quiet out, even with the window open all night.

This is not a fancy hotel, but it's solid and got thoughtful touches where it counts for "mystay"--small, economical units, blackout blinds so you can sleep, quiet neighborhood, pretty fast wifi, the window can be cracked open for fresh air, and a Seven-Eleven right in the ground floor for whatever you might have forgotten to pack, and washing machines for when you run out of socks, etc.

Bed was lumpy and hard as a rock. Pillows were in the same condition. The plumbing was not draining from shower or toilet. We could hear everything outside as though the windows were open. The hotel was not close to downtown as the listing said and was nearly an hour and half away from hanida airport taxi was very close to $300$. I do not recommend this hotel.

If you are referring to the Narita Airport, it is 90 mins by taxi, and 1 hour and a half by train. My recent stay at this hotel was nothing short of delightful. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by incredibly helpful staff who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The room itself was a haven of cleanliness and order, providing a peaceful environment to relax in after a day of exploring the city. The hotel’s location is a traveler’s dream. With a 7/11 connected to the hotel, late-night dining was a breeze, adding a layer of convenience to my stay. Moreover, the proximity to the subway made it extremely easy to navigate the city, and the abundance of restaurants and shops in the area meant I was never short of options for dining and shopping. The only minor hiccup in an otherwise perfect stay was the pillows, which were quite hard, and unfortunately, the hotel couldn’t provide additional ones. However, this was a small inconvenience in comparison to the overall excellence of my stay. In summary, this hotel offers a fantastic experience with its stellar service, pristine rooms, and unbeatable location. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the city.

This place a clean and I felt very safe in the area. The rooms are small but it’s what to expect in Japan. The only bad side about this place that’s it’s far walking distance from sights so you have to get familiar with all the train stations around it. Staff top notch and room was always cleaned

Good proximity to subway stations. There's a lot of night life around the area within 10 mins walking radius if you want to grab a meal. Hotel is very clean and staff is very helpful and professional. We had an issue with our room the first night but they sorted it out the next day. We even used their luggage transfer to airport option which was great help whilst we commuted to airport.
