“Great central location, walking distance to St Marco church and Resturants. Minutes walk from water bus-ACTV- stop. Friendly staff and comfortable bed. Downside were small room, extremely small shower with little water pressure. Old furnitures. Bad smell from window at times which I don’t think is a hotel problem. It is a Venice lagoon issue, we had AC though!”

“They didn't help me and my Son get in We tried to call them even I got the manager contact info as we get there at the same time as their building inspectors were there. Even them had hard time to get in touch. As we could not get in had to go and book another place and they refuse to refund my money. It is so unacceptable”

“베네치아 도시 특성상 호텔을 찾기 쉽지않았으나 오전중으로 잘 찾아가서 이른 체크인을 하였다. 1. 체크인시 어떤 여직원이 호텔에 있어서 아주 신속하게 내부설명을 해 주었다. 특히 호텔 출입에 대한 키에 대한 설명을 대충하였는데 이것이 나중에 투어를 마치고 호텔에 되돌아왔을때 커다란 문제를 일으키고 말았다. 저녁9시경 투어 종료후 호텔에 돌아와 메인도어키를 열고 들어오는데는 문제없었으나 3층인지 4층인지 프로어도어가 잠겨있었다. 체크인시 프로어도어가 잠긴다는 설명이 전혀없었고 또 어떤 키를 사용해서 열수있다는 설명이 없었기 때문에 당황이 되어 체크인시 알려준 안내전화로 전화를 걸어 도움을 요청했지만 호텔 내에는 직원이 전혀 상주하지않고 있기때문에 아무리 도움을 요청해도 현장에 와 주지 않았다. 아무리 프로어도어 코드를 입력해도 열리지않고, 전화를 해도 직원이 오지않고 아파트 관리인에게 도움을 요청하라고만 하지 관리인이 어디에 있는지 알수가 없었다. 그렇게 정신없이 1시간쯤 지나 같은...
