“Breakfast was ok, plenty of bread and various sweet spreads, scrambled egg was brought out in a china bowl and left on the side so got cold quickly. There was a yoghurt and fruit option but I would say the breakfast was very basic and not the greatest quality.”

“We had the best time at Hotel Lago Grey - the staff were extremely helpful and it is set up to help you get the most out of your trip with the least amount of effort required. I only gave it 4 stars because whilst the view from the room is out of this world - some basic amenities like a kettle and provision of water were missing, and there was only one restaurant and menu of food options to choose from. However, the staff were super responsive and went out of the way to really help you. They...

“Very close to Torres del Paine and excellent views from hotel and rooms. The breakfast was awesome. Staff always willing to help. Lunch box a little bit expensive but very good food.”

“Our stay at Geikie lodge was terrific. Staff was very welcoming and informative. Dinners were delicious with great service. Carlos was the best. Would definitely stay here again.”

“The place was perfect for what we needed. A quiet place to sleep for a night and close enough to Torres del Paine NP, we could return early in the morning. The room felt cold, but the warm comfy bed and blankets kept us warm at night. We slept well! The breakfast was more than enough and the staff was nice.”

“Once away from Puerto Natales price increased hugely as you go towards Torres de Paine as you otherwise need to drive 2.5 hrs each way to get to park and if hiking it’s not ideal. This place was a perfect option as it was full board so they provided an excellent local and high end meal for dinner and very good breakfast. We had to go early so they made us a packed breakfast and you also get a packed lunch. The quality of domes was excellent and do body. Staff were excellent and only negative...

“The staff was extremely helpful and were super nice, very clean, a bit backwards in term of charging points to cell phones , internet wifi excellent !maintenance of the property was lacking , broken windows, 110 electrical plug not working , pool not working and no notice on the website,”

“This is one of best hotels I`ve ever been. Staff was kind and hotel itself exceeded my expectation. Everything was good except bathroom clean-up. I stayed there 3 nights. When I checked in, it was good but during the stay, I thought, they didn`t clean up batheroom. Just a few touch. Anyhow I recommend this one whoever consider visiting Puerto Natales and staying a high quality hotel.”

“Beautiful property. Very relaxing. Excellent lounge with great view. Very good breakfast”
