"My husband and I celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary at Grand Fiesta Americana Los Cabos, and the staff made it incredibly special. Every evening during turndown service, our maid, Graciela, went above and beyond by creating beautiful anniversary messages on our bed using colored rice, decorating with balloons, organizing our bathroom, and leaving chocolates. These thoughtful touches made us feel truly celebrated throughout our stay.
The waitstaff throughout the resort were consistently friendly, attentive, and helpful. A special thank you to Gustavo, who provided excellent service at the Bikini Bar and at one of the restaurants. He was always welcoming and made every dining experience enjoyable.
The food was excellent, with the Italian restaurant being a standout favorite. We also enjoyed the spa, which was beautiful and relaxing with amazing amenities. During our visit, they even treated us to fruit, cheese, chocolates, and wine. We had a mud massage that was wonderful and left us feeling completely refreshed.
