The views surrounding the pool deck were stunning:) The staff are very helpful and so friendly and quick to fix any issues that we had during our stay. "We booked a Superior Ocean View room for our anniversary, but unfortunately our experience didn’t match our expectations. Upon arrival, we were placed in a building quite far up the hill, not in the main hotel. The room itself was very small and had two double beds, which didn’t feel appropriate for a special occasion. We had contacted the hotel several times prior to our arrival, but our requests didn’t seem to be reflected. Interestingly, our friends made a similar booking and were given a spacious casita, which made the situation even more disappointing. We ultimately chose to downgrade to a room in the main hotel, which only had a partial view overlooking the pool area. While the staff were friendly and the food was good, the overall experience fell short. There was no evening entertainment, the atmosphere felt quite quiet and uneventful, and the beach was very rocky. Having visited Cabo and many resorts over the past 25 years, this is not a property I would return to or recommend."

"Special thanks to our besch attendant Mercedes for such good service at beach. The only problems we had were at the Italian restaurant. Twice we went there to put our name on wait list and waited for 45 -60 minutes Both times when we returned in said time they had missed our time and had no tables for another long time. We always ended going elsewhere. Very poorly managed"

"The room was a little dated, some of the small fixtures were falling apart, the shower head was wonky… but overall the room was very nice, just a little dated. With small updates, and attention to these small details, this resort would easily be a 5 star resort. The service was 10/10, sometimes took long but we understood it was pretty packed. Overall it was a great trip and we would definitely go back and if we did, we would stay here again. "

"I’ve found a common theme in the reviews, the location and facilities are well kept and the view is great. The most concerning and recurrent theme that you will see is related to service. For a background, I am of Mexican heritage but grew up in the US. As Latino traveling to this particular hotel, I’ve experienced time and time again at multiple restaurants the same service, all latino travelers are not prioritized. The service raise concerns about the very intentional and deliberate service favoring different tourists of different backgrounds. You will find this being a common theme amongst the reviews. This behavior is brushed aside by the service staff. Furthermore the time share experience literally is a racketeering type of thing. Sure, should I have avoided going to the “informational” meeting.. yes, but this experience became a reminder of how upset they become when you don’t want to buy into their model. Like I was lectured by their Marketing Director -Karim, about how I should spend my time and money. I raised my concerns about his lack of professionalism and while I did receive an apology from the developer staff, I’m not sure there are any consequences to his behavior as others have shared similar experiences. It saddens me deeply to see Mexicans treat other Latinos this way in Mexico and while I don’t think it is reflective of Mexico, it certainly is for the service staff at this hotel. "
