"The noise from the AC unit was so bad I couldn’t sleep. I adjusted the setting on the wall mounted controller to “off” but the unit never shut off. When I expressed my concern when checking out one person at the front desk responded “oh” and the other told me I should have contacted the front desk which seemed to be making resolution of the issue mine. Very poor customer care. I have a photo of “OFF” on the controller and video with the noise in the background from the AC unit."
