I arrived at the hotel early evening from a party at the Casino. The check in was quick and smooth; went to my room and turned in. I was surprised how quiet the place was. AC was working well, in fact, I had to turn it down because the room was a little too cool for me. I would stay there again.

Rooms were very clean, friendly staff. Plenty of places to eat nearby and the price was very reasonable. Only thing was no pots or pans to cook with or dishes to use. Luckily I read the reviews before we went so I knew to bring them. Great family trip

Very much appreciated the early checkin because we got to the area much sooner than anticipated. Liked the kitchenette. Basic room with the bonus of a comfortable recliner. Was a good value for the money.

The property was clean and bathroom is big. I did not realize this was an extended stay hotel. We only stayed for 1 night so we did not use amenities. Bed was low to the ground but room is bigger than a traditional hotel room. Hotel is older and showed signs of wear and tear.

Stayed with my pets and the pet fee was reasonable. Rates were affordable for the quality of the room. Located right a cross the center from two different restaurants making dinner easy. Highly recommend the Texas Roadhouse! Overall the room was really nice, it seemed to have been recently updated. However, I did have an issue with the fridge and microwave not turning on, which I reported to front desk at checkout. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would stay at a My Place Hotel in the future.

Upon entry into the building, it smelled amazing! That is always a plus in my book. When we got to the desk, Shanda was amazing helping us get our rooms situated. She was so polite and easy to talk to. We get to our room and it was amazing as well. A full fridge. A stove top as well as alot of cabinet space. The beds were amazingly comfortable. It felt like I was in a cloud the 3 nights we were there. We will definitely stay at this hotel again.

The room was very large, and I appreciated having an outdoor area for my dog. Unfortunately, those were the only things I really liked. I had concerns about the breakfast, my experience at the establishment, the room taxes and charges, and the additional tax on the daily pet fee. I contacted the hotel and Expedia for clarification, but my specific concerns were not properly addressed. Overall, I was disappointed with the experience and felt the charges and services were not clearly explained.
