Top Tri-Cities Hotel Reviews
Holiday Inn Johnson City by IHG
10/10 Excellent
"The reviews for this facility did not match the facility. The floors with rooms were extremely dated, had poor lighting (both in the halls and the rooms), the windows were cloudy and dirty. The ground level was clean, remodeled and trendy but that is where it stopped. The overall "vibe" was uncomfortable as someone traveling alone. I was thankful my children were not with me on this trip."
La Quinta by Wyndham Kingsport Tri Cities Airport
8/10 Good
"Good place to stay, good bed, clean room, hot water. The breakfast was a problem. I watched the server scrape the bottom of the serving pans to loosen up the eggs cooked/stuck to the bottom. So the scrambled eggs had chunks of dried over cooked bits in them. I grabbed what I thought was a small blueberry muffin only to discover they were chocolate bits, not blueberries. The hotel is being remodeled so it is getting new rooms. Let's hope it gets a new food service."
Carnegie Hotel & Spa
10/10 Excellent
"The property itself is beautiful and the rooms are spacious, especially the bathroom!!! Would have loved if there were coffee and ice water in the lobby, but the newspaper and apples were a nice touch :)"
Quality Inn Bristol Pinnacle Area
10/10 Excellent
"My grandson said it best when he said don’t judge a book by its cover. Pulling into the property we were a little hesitant and even was looking at canceling and going elsewhere. But upon checking in and going into our room it was very clean and very nice and spacious. I would suggest doing some cosmetic work to the property. Breakfast was good."
Sleep Inn & Suites Kingsport TriCities Airport
8/10 Good
"The room was clean. Looks dated but was clean. Bed was comfortable. Best shower pressure I have ever had at a hotel. Breakfast was not good. Lacked any flavor. Over all I would stay again"
Echo Suites Extended Stay By Wyndham Johnson City Medical Cr
10/10 Excellent
"The room was super clean!!! Staff was kind. However, the stove didn’t seem to work then we found out you need special pans or can buy at the hotel. Found that to be a bit ridiculous but we managed!!!! No coffee pot in the room and no blow dryer!!! Just sharing this so others can be prepared!!"
Sleep Inn & Suites Johnson City
10/10 Excellent
"It was clean and well maintained. It was in walking distance to multiple restaurants. I would definitely stay here again."
Tru By Hilton West Bristol Tn

"Room and grounds were clean and orderly, with coffee and concessions fresh and fully stocked and clean. Staff were friendly and greeted us on arrival. Guest room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was well prepared and filling. We will be back!"
