"The hotel itself was very nice, and I especially appreciated the interior décor and overall atmosphere. However, I was disappointed by the billing issue involving the security deposit. I was charged twice and was told that nothing could be done until after my departure, with a 72-hour processing window from that point. This was frustrating and created an unnecessary inconvenience during my stay.
The restaurant attached to the hotel was also underwhelming. While the décor was pleasant and visually appealing, I would rate the dining experience much lower. The biscuits were overcooked, the gravy lacked flavor, the pancakes were undercooked, and the lattes tasted bitter and burnt, as though they were not prepared properly. Overall, the hotel’s appearance was impressive, but the billing experience and restaurant quality did not meet expectations."
