"The receptionist were all very nice and sweet. Sadly when I asked for my room to be cleaned and sheets be changed before we left for the day, I was disappointed to see that our room had not been serviced at all. Then when I brought it to their attention they just offered to give me the sheets so I could change them myself! Breakfast was also disappointing. We went down by 7:30 and they were already out of several food items. They shared that they were low staff and fully booked. I wish they would focus on giving people a positive experience rather thank filling up the hotel when they don’t have the personal."

"It looks good from the street, but… lots of late night activity happening, stinky bathrooms (I switched rooms), and overall sleaziness. Might not even be worth the low price "

"Overall not bad. Initially I booked the room because it said it was a double queen with a separate sitting area. Turns out it wasn’t. I showed the front desk the pictures and how it said separate seating area, he said it wasn’t right. I just let it go. Staff was friendly though. There was construction going on next to the hotel. Our room was right next to it. So it was a bit noisy even at night. Water pressure in the shower was extremely weak. Probably because we were on the 4th floor. But, with all that said, the room was clean and staff friendly. "
