I've never heard anything so crazy, and have never knowingly stayed in a hotel without one before. It is DISGUSTING. Surely you don't expect travellers to supply their own? The most basic piece of hospitality equipment. I felt degraded."
"This hotel has location as its best feature. We’d stay here again for that. I’m not a fan of booking in advance and getting a wheelchair accessible room. I feel those rooms should be saved for those who need them. The other downside was the elevator situation. One was out of order our entire visit. We’d take the stairs but not with over 100lbs of luggage."
"An excellent budget friendly Motel type hotel. Rooms are basic but perfectly comfortable and beds very comfortable, linen very clean. Bathroom spotless. Okay so the decor is not newly done but value for money superb.
The bar / restaurant food was very nice and good value too. Friendly and efficient service. The Cullen skink was tasty , haddock and chips really fresh and perfectly cooked. Would stay again, recommended . Easy parking"

"For the rate I paid I couldn’t have asked for much more. Bathroom was nicely decorated and very clean with free shampoo, shower gel and soap. The bedroom had a sofa, a dressing table and large tv. There was tea and coffee along with a kettle & a hairdryer, the bed had clean sheets and was comfortable. If you are looking for accommodation on the north side of the city, this place ticks all the boxes.
Some previous reviews mentioned the lift being unclean but that wasn’t the case during my stay. The corridor to the room was also tidy and fresh smelling."

"Parking wasn’t great you had pay to staying considering it’s not like it’s near a shopping area , we parked with blue badge in the disabled area the lift was not available to use from that area at all ,it seems always like it so pointless having blue badge area without having the right access to reception, using the stairs was difficult hard going , only once you found reception did see another carpark , should have proper signs displayed,
Bedroom window is broken and big gap for cold wind coming in room has no proper heating either rusty plug in heater , rooms cleaned to high standard, but only one towel per person provided and one pillow each on beds that’s poor at least should have two , outside the hotel needs some attention and should be no smoking standing at front doors it’s disgusting and thst including staff too
