We loved service and employees. Alexis and Celio were incredible. The beach is outstanding and having you’re room steps away from the beach is amazing. Also, the food was outstanding and prepared personally for you. We loved our experience at ArenaBlue.

Great room with an incredible ocean front view. The hotel's stretch of beach is small but perfectly proportionate to its size and the number of guests. The lounge area provides guests with a more quiet beach experience compared with larger hotels in the immediate area, which are nice to walk to for a more lively bar scene. The hotel and its beach are perfect for a couple.

Great location, lovely beach, friendly staff, breakfast was great, the drinks were flowing. We had a great time. Our balcony had a hammock - heavenly for naps rocking with the beach wind.

Arenablue is a nice boutique hotel on a beautiful beach, and the location is great! Close to many fine restaurants & shops. Our beachfront room was clean & situated right on the sand. All of the staff were very friendly & helpful. We would go back, for sure!

Highly recommend! I felt like I had the beach to myself when I was there. The rooms are spacious and have great views and hammocks on the balconies. The staff are super friendly as well!

It was on the beach in Tulum, there was a great view out our window. the air conditioner in the room worked ok, dripped on my face during the night though. Bare bones accommodation. Slept there but as soon as we woke u we went to nicer places

Great location

Location was great, beach was a 10 step trip from the room, a short walk to all Tulum has to offer. Staff were fabulous and friendly. Hotel probably isn’t a 4 star, and has minimal amenities- but if you plan on getting out and about or spending time on the beach it’s perfect.

Importante no dejen dinero ni carteras sin guardar

En general la pasamos muy bien , Buena atención por parte del personal, la comida muy rica, la vista al mar de la suite y el balcon es lo q hace que este hotel valga la pena, solo que tengan cuidado al dejar pertenencias y dinero a la mano, porque desaparecieron 2 mil pesos de la cartera de mi esposo, llegamos muy emocionados a bajar a la playa y no guardamos las carteras en la caja fuerte (el cual en el reglamento del hotel esta subrayado q no es responsabilidad de ellos la pérdida de bienes u objetos) lo cual se me hace falta de responsabilidad , deberían de contar con cámaras que apunten a la entrada de las puertas o tomar responsabilidad, porque de que hay alguien que hace cosas perdidizas, si la hay. Tuvimos que dejar pasar ese incidente para disfrutar nuestra estadía.

Bed was filled with bugs, roaches on the floor. When we contacted the reception - no one spoke English and I had to contact hotels.com for help

The pictures are accurate and that’s pretty much what the place looks like, the staff were attentive and deserve credit for working hard. They call the place boutique and that too is accurate but it’s not a great value. It’s a very small, bare bones hotel with a tiny pool no television or refrigerator but more importantly—good AC and nice high ceilings. The big sell is the beach which I would’ve enjoyed If the unpredictable seaweed hadn’t ruined things. Lower the price —significantly— and call it a solid 3-star and they’ll get better reviews. I wish them great success as they rethink their approach.

Bredvid hotellet är det en byggarbetsplats. Personalen i receptionen pratar ingen engelska utan kommunicerar via Google translate. Personalens barn tog över både pool och del av strand. Även standarden på rummen nådde inte upp till förväntan, särskilt badrummen var slitna och nedgångna. Så vi kan inte rekommendera att boka detta hotell. Men orten Tulum kan varmt rekommenderas och det finns gott om betydligt bättre hotell utefter stranden

Great Stay

Everything was great; however, if you are staying in room 205 (closest to reception) they start playing techno music at the breakfast area at 8am. That was a little frustrating and unnecessary in my opinion.
