"If you're looking for a five-star resort with a very natural feel, this is for you. The amenities, restaurants and staff are top notch. Still very equal friendly. It's an adventure, just walking around the property. Unfortunately, the ocean was full seaweed. The resort did have workers there every morning keeping the sand looking pristine."

"Staff are terrible they don’t apologise or try to fix things when they go wrong.
I had no water for the last night or my stay and no compensation was given or even offered.
An animal broke into my room at night and stole my food no sanitisation was offered.
Staff are rude and not very welcoming aside from these very few who we were- they were the outliers and not the standard.
Horrible experience but beautiful place.
Save your money and book a reputable hotel. "

"It’s definitely a property that looks better in pictures than in person. We only stayed one night and proceeded to check out. The beaches were just a tad bit too dirty for our liking and the rooms were definitely not what I expected. Overall hospitality was amazing."
