Bad service, double booked our rooms

We made a booking far in advance. Upon arrival they appeared to have double booked their hotelrooms so even though we already paid for everything we had to spend the whole day looking for another place to stay. The alternative they offered was a hotel in the city center far away from the beach and nothing like the experience we were looking for. Luckily we found some other places to stay but we had to book 2 different hotels because it was busy everywhere. The guy behind the desk wasn't very helpful and showed little interest. I wouldn't recommend staying there. Rather go to Chan Cabanita we had a great stay there right at the beach.

El pago al hotel le aparece que no se le pago la estancia y me quisieron cobrar nuevamente no me hicieron el cobro por cuestiones de internet pero se quedaron con mis datos de la tarjeta y me van a volver a hacer el cobro me gustaría me pudieran apoyar con el comprobante de pago del hotel gracias

Cabañas en plena naturaleza

La cabaña era cómoda pero hubiera hecho falta un ventilador más potente porque pasamos mucho calor. Lo que más nos ha gustado es el entorno natural, la posibilidad de utilizar el kayac para explorar el cenote y ver animales. También el recepcionista y los trabajadores han sido muy atentos y agradables. Quién espere las comodidades de un hotel mejor que no venga, no deja de ser una cabaña en plena naturaleza.

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING HERE! This property is awful. No Internet, no hot water, the windows protection was broken, and there a lot of insects in a room. Nobody can speak English to explain. The service is awful, no water to drink. Don't look on pictures, they are completely different from what you will see!!! We originally booked here because the pictures made it seem as a cool experience and it looked as though you are on the beach, in actually it is not. The room did not have water nor electricity, nor internet we had to find the internet in another hotel and booked another hotel because it was not safe to stay in this hotel. The guy on front desk was so rude and didn’t want to help. We paid 800$ for 4 nights for nothing because we did not stay at this hotel and they did not money at least part of it. The max cost is 40-50$ because it is like cabin in the wood. I am very disappointed with Expedia because they have to check the places which they sell and provide prices based on place conditions. The manager was lying because they said they will not refuse to reimburse. But we did not get anything back. They had to return at least half. Not the case. I am so disappointed in Expedia for not trying to help. I would not book this hotel. You WILL regret it. Please stay away from this hotel. It is the worthiest experience. When you paid $800 for nothing.

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING HERE! I originally booked here because the pictures made it seem as a cool experience and it looked as though you are on the beach, in actually it is not. When we arrived after a 2 hour drive to the cabaña we were given a hut. The hut did not have water nor electricity for the 1st part of our stay. When we asked the man at the desk to help us he said he would but I believe he forgot so my friends went to ask him again. With this being said we did not have a fan and were not able to use the bathroom until it was fixed. The bathroom has no separation so the water goes EVERYWHERE. Which led me to fall and hurt my arm and leg on my vacation. I decided to check out and find another place to stay but the guy I believe his name is Jorge told me I had to call Expedia, FYI there is no WiFi and no reception, my phone unfortunately broke during the stay so I was unable to call until I got back to California. Jorge was so rude and didn’t want to help and told me i had to do it on my own. When I refused to leave he asked his boss and his boss explained if I call Expedia they will not refuse to reimburse. Not the case. I am so disappointed in Expedia for not trying to help. I would not book this hotel. You WILL regret it.

Es una buena opción, especialmente por un cenote que forma parte del hotel. Sin embargo las cabañas no tienen prácticamente mobiliario (una silla al menos para sentarte a leer, sillas en sus terracitas, etc). El desayuno americano que ofrecen es en verdad muy básico.

Horrible !!!!!!!!!! Nous avons réservé 10 jours cette herbergement via votre site. Nous y sommes resté que 3 jours Nous avons du partir Car ce qui n était pas précisé sur la contact avec vous . Il n y pas électricité de 21h30 a 8h30 On rentre dans le noir chaque soir Nous ne pouvons pas utilisé les sanitaires De plus le seul point d eau et la douche???? Si l on peut appeller cela une douche L eau de la douche est alimenté pas une eau sale et salé . Et tant qu a la cuisine commune un bidonville Pas d eau pas évier pas frigo et pas électricité . Et le petit déjeuner continental se résume à du pain mie et un calé noir ..Concert incessant des moteurs de groupe électrogène ..Une route non une piste de 5 km compter 30 minutes à une 1 heure pour ce rendre à cette hotel . Je vous ai demandé un remboursement pour les 7 jours restant Et la aucune réponse ?? Seul note positif le personnel et le cadre

Sè que el precio que se paga por habitaciòn es bajo para estar en tulum pero no por eso van a tener en tan horribles condiciones todo. Las sàbanas estaban como con manchas de sangre, las cortinas tambièn, los colchones incòmodos, el agua de lavabo y regadera es de mar, unas ventanas solo tenìan mosquitero. Estuve en el cuarto media hora y decisì no pasar la.noche ahí. Lo màs incòmodo de ver.fueron las mamchas de sangre

I loved it you feel you are in the middle of the jungle!! Service and internet wasn't very good but wifi it's available for guests.. the cenote was sooo convenient plus you get free access to one of the beaches across the street. And we loved itt!!!!the rooms need some work. But i enjoyed it so much.

Descuidado. No lo recomiendo.

Estaba sucio, no había agua caliente y era agua salada en las regaderas, el "desayuno continental" era cereal, el lugar lo venden "con wifi" por que en la recepción tienen pero las cabañas No. La recepcionista super amable y simpatica. El lugar deja mucho que desear. Honestamente no lo recomiendo le falta una buena administracion y mantenimiento.

Hotel agradable

Hotel muy comodo, ofrecen uso de kayak gratuito, el personal de recepcion muy amable, nos orientaron el uso de transporte. Aunque la regadera de nuestro baño estuvo tapado los 4 dias de nuestra estancia y aunque lo reportamos no parecia que lo hubieran arreglado porque se seguia inundando al momento de usarlo.
