"Staff are all incredibly friendly. Room was very quiet. Delicious breakfast. Have stayed here before and will definitely stay again. "

"Was disappointed that the room was not cleaned. I understand about not changing the sheets but would have been nice to have had the bed made. The bathroom was also not cleaned and did not receive new towels even though as a normal standard for other hotels you leave dirty ones on the floor and they will replace those with new ones and that was not done."

"Breakfast was great in the morning! There were 4 birthday parties going on the day we check in. Kids everywhere. Wish we would have known ahead of time that there were going to be birthday parties. Didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub. Was kinda disappointing. Other than that it was clean. Staff was friendly. "

"Staff was helpful, ameneties were great (hot tub and sauna, breakfast were enjoyable. First room had a stale smoke smell but they quickly moved us and second room was good and whole place was very clean. Proximity to Aurora Bay Care hospital was nice."

"Nice hotel only downfall was where our room was located there was a utility closet next door and was loud at night "
