"I awoke feeling ill and unable to travel . I called the front desk and Keith was extremely helpful. When I asked if he could put a Gatorade from the refrigerated case in the lobby on my room charge and I would be down to get it, he brought it up to my room immediately so I didn’t have to leave my room. Later when I called to extend my stay an extra day , he asked if I needed anything else. He brought the pretzels and a yogurt that I requested and set them outside my door. He went out of his way to make things as easy as possible so I could rest and recuperate. I am so very grateful for him going above and beyond the call of duty !"

"We had a wonderful stay.! Everything was great, and we really enjoyed our time there. I also had the pleasure of meeting Heather, one of the room attendants, who was so kind and friendly. She even took the time to play with my dog and give him lots of affection. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made our stay even more special. Thank you for the great hospitality!"
