“The hotel is in a beautiful and restful setting. The staff could not have been more helpful. The restaurant food was brilliant. We enjoyed seeing the peacocks and other birds in the grounds.”

“The hotel needs air conditioning in all bedrooms as the rooms were too hot. There were no fridges in the bedrooms to keep water cold etc which was disappointing as we had to ask for glasses of ice to do this. Staff were exceptional and the spa and swimming pool were really good. A great location on the edge of Dartmoor with access to some great walks.”

“We only stayed one night but we can honestly say the Hotel was above our expectations the staff were friendly and welcoming our room was spacious clean and beautifully decorated and quiet. “We had a very enjoyable three days stay. We had a 'Signature Double' room which was large with a King bed and a very large bathroom with a sea view. The breakfast was very good. The food in the restaurant was exceptional and the staff the same. They have a large car park. The hotel is just a short walk to the sea front.”

“Very clean hotel with very helpful staff however the restaurant menu should be changed more we stayed 4days but due to the poor menu we only ate in the restaurant once, due to the location it is very difficult to eat in other places The facilities were excellent”
