"Everything about the staff stands out better than any other place I’ve been. Room service is very attentive, which is rare. The people that work there are all on the same page as far as friendliness and vibe. Literally everyone!! It’s easy to find good food every day as long as stay away from stuff you shouldnt be eating anyways. Eat the grilled chicken for lunch! Bomb! Everyday, then right back to the pool party. The gym was a great facility and had everything you needed. The people that work at the gym we’re out outstanding. The place’s overall experience is something hard to put in words, so just go. Pura Vida!! "

"The room was clean. Not consistent with cleaning times. Staff needed to be more authoritative with unruly behaviour by guests. It’s too bad that there’s only one pool, since someone pooped in the pool. Pool was to open at 8:00am, but people were going down as early as 7:30 to save spots and leaving. "

"Room was very dirty and only cleaned by request, half of the lights did not work- had to shower in the dark. Requested ocean view but received 7-11 view. Most importantly, room door did not lock! There is a pool that isn’t very big but it wasn’t terrible. Location is also very tucked away from everything except for the ferry to Isla Mujeres. I will say that the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the food around the area is good, but do not recommend if you are a solo female traveller. "

"The room is always clean. The cleaning staff/wait staff/ front desk/ security/ bellboys are friendly and approachable. The pool always has fresh water and minimal chlorine in it. It is family-friendly, my son has special needs and we stay here for 6 days. I feel safe around the staff and patrons in here. I definitely highly recommend this place. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟"

"The place was very outdated. It was clean. The staff was nice. It had the smallest buffet I have ever seen . We did not starve but it was not good. Need to spend an extra dollar and go somewhere different. "

"The pool and beach are great. There are definite hiccups in terms of service - for example not putting a second roll of toilet paper etc. And there is no heat if needed at night. Can be quite windy. "
