Trodde det var ett hotell med normal standard men tyckte det var vandrarhemsboende. Tre olika byggnader med rum på nedre och övre plan. Där vi bodde var det fem rum med en gemensam liten toalett samt ett duschrum. Det framgick inte vid bokning..

Det passar mig utmärkt. Litet och mysigt rum med gammaldags känsla i lugnt och fint område. Bra frukost samt trevlig och hjälpsam personal.

Det var dåligt städat i rummet (både i badrummet och sovdelen. Vid frykosten torkades inte borden efter att de dukats av, i dessa tider ska de både torkas och spritas.

Charmigt men saknar omvårdnad

Skulle kunna varit ett jättemysigt hotell. Nära stan, lugnt och skönt. Charmigt. Men .. Hotellet skulle behöva lite kärlek och omvårdnad. Trasiga möbler på rummet, knäppande oljud från tvn, tejpad fjärrkontroll, flagande tråkiga utemöbler, undermålig frukost. Däremot mycket sköna härliga sängar.

Nöjd barnfamilj på genomresa

Som trebarnsfamilj väldigt generöst med utrymme i familjerummet. Bra parkeringsmöjligheter. Frukosten var lite trist p g a covid-föreskrifter men annars mycket nöjda med hotellet i sin helhet. Kommer tveklöst att boka samma rum nästa gång vi kommer till Umeå.

Trevligt men lite smutsigt i badrummet. Stökigt med koder. Bad att få ett kvitto på vistelsen och det kunde de inte ordna, väntar än på ett mail med ett kvitto på vistelsen. Trist då jag reser i jobbet.

Svårt att komma in !

Vi kom sent på kvällen ( vid 23tiden ) ochhade dåsvårt att få kontakt med receptionen´``både via direktnummer telefon ( inget svar x 4 ) samt via dörrklocka invid huvudbyggnaden - tillika inget svar. Det löste sig till slutmen lite påfrestande efter så lång resa. Hoppas ni säkrar upp detta förandra resenärers skull ! Mvh LB Holmgren

Långhelg i Umeå

Vi är jättenöjda med ert hotell, det var tredje gången vi var hos er. Skulle självklart vara skönt med eget vc och dusch på rummet. Äldre, men mysig känsla. Ligger också väldigt bra till!

Our room was essentially an apartment. More than we really needed for only one night, but the kids especially enjoyed the space. My only 2 suggestions to improve my stay would be curtains for the small square windows in the main room and directions or a way to control the temperature. It was warmer than I like to sleep. Breakfast and the staff were great. It also would have been nice to be able to book the sauna in the weekend- we would have LOVED to be able to use this amenity.

Det var svart muggsopp på badet. Skittent i dusjen og vifte på badet fungerte ikke. Måtte ha oppe døren for å kunne tørke seg og puste. Det var litt lite utvalg til frokosten. Det positive var at det var stort rom og hyggelig service.

Mysigt hotell

Ett väldigt mysigt hotell där den trevliga personalen ställde upp och ordnade det mesta från smidig incheckning och till att rycka ut och laga en spolande toalett 23:00 en fredagskväll. Uppskattade hela vistelsen.
