“Great place to stay!!”

“The staff were amazing very helpful , everything was good they only thing I don’t like it’s no internet and they bed sheets cover were old not clean”

“친절한 서비스와 응대는 좋았으나 입구가 골목길쪽에 있어 찾기가 힘듬.”

“The hotel was absolutely terrible. The housekeeping staff stole our passports and my handbag. When we complained, they secretly put the bag back as if nothing had happened. Another guest at the hotel experienced the same thing with their phones. We were able to watch the CCTV footage, which clearly showed that we brought the bag into the hotel. Less than an hour later, while we were having breakfast, it had suddenly disappeared. Instead of taking responsibility, all the staff and the hotel...

“Annoying worker I ordered food delivery and he stayed 30 min and they didnt allow him to bring it to my room or they bring it and i had to go down to collect it Rooms are old and water is dirty”

“DO NOT JUDGE THIS HOTEL FROM THE STREET OR EVEN WHEN YOU ENTER THE MAIN DOOR! It looks so rundown and dingy but when you get to the first floor and enter the hotel doors, it’s a completely new story. Sama Hotel was squeaky clean with amazing staff who were always ready to help. The rooms were spacious and the bed was so comfy. Certain rooms even have washing machines which came in great for washing our clothes after a trip to the pyramids. The breakfast is prepared fresh via an online order app...

“Very nice property.”

“시내중심가에 위치해서 대단히 편리합니다. 건물이나 방이 오래 되어서 깔끔하지는 않습니다.”

“The Longchamps is a comfortable, relatively small, European-style hotel in Zamalek, a lovely part of Cairo. It has charming common spaces including a few terraces where you can relax between activities or eat breakfast. The breakfast buffet offerings were ok and included hard-boiled eggs, fool beans, cooked vegetables, and an assortment of bakes goods as well as cheeses and fresh veggies and fruit. ”

“너무 잘 쉬고 갑니다. 직원분들 친절하고 객실도 깨끗하고 넓습니다. 허니문 웰컴 선물도 준비해주셔서 감사했습니다. 나일강 뷰도 이쁘구요! 시설도 만족하는데 옆방에서 소음이 심했어요. 밤새 힘들었습니다ㅜㅜ ”

“Great location, friendly staff, up-to-date and well-maintained property. No complaints. My favorite was the rainfall showerhead. Haha! Would stay there again.”

“An absolute standout stay! The entire property is sparkling clean, modern, and relaxing. Check-in was effortless, the bed was ultra-comfortable, and the Wi-Fi and amenities worked without a hitch. The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive from start to finish. I couldn’t have asked for a smoother or more enjoyable experience—10/10 recommendation!”

“Close to metro in a cozy neighborhood ”

“We booked a 2 bedroom unit. First we went to the hotel with our reservation and they told us to go to the next building because it was a Brassbell Zamalek booking. We went to the next building and there was a problem which they resolved by sending us back to the hotel who gave us a 2 bedroom suite that was not renovated with a very old and dirty carpet and a very high bathtub. We requested to be moved, but all they could offer was a one bedroom. We still did not get an explanation as to why our...

“I had a great stay at Zamalek House Hotel. The location is one of the best thing, right in Zamalek and within walking distance of plenty of restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops. I enjoyed being able to walk around the neighborhood. It’s pretty safe. The room was clean, simple, comfortable, and the hotel was a great base for exploring Cairo. The staff were friendly and helpful. I got a red eye flight, arrived early for the check in, and they helped me to get a room. Overall, Zamalek House...
