"After being stranded on I 26 after a tire blow out for almost 6 hours, we were welcomed with open arms as we had the vehicle towed to the local Mazda dealership. What a nice way to end a very stressful day. Thank you for the cup of milk. It made my day. Very friendly front desk staff. "

"We had a bumpy start ias the room wasn’t ready an hour after check-in time and we had reservations that we needed to get ready for. But the hotel itself is stunning. Amazing attention to detail! Very open and spacious and warm. Would absolutely go back! "

"Breakfast was very good. Several selections. Only items with room to mention are, one. The TV comes on at Max volume with no way to prevent it in any settings. The volume switch on remote will lower the sound, but it takes a long time to reduce the volume. Apologies to anyone in an adjoining room. Secondly, the hair dryer was wonky. The switch on the dryer did not work (broken). The only way to use was to press the reset button on the plug to get it to come on (at high temp, no low temp available). And to turn it off, press the circuit breaker switch on the plug. Other than that, the facility, the room and overall stay was very good. "
