"We ended up paying for breakfast even though it had said included when booking. When asked we were only told to go to the restaurant on the 5th floor so we did and that was not where the included breakfast was located apparently. "

However my room was just okay, the tv came on but did not have internet or cable service and the remote did not, I also found stains on the back of my door and on the floor that looked like blood. I asked staff and they nicely stated they would come check our TV and clean the stain. No one came to our room, my spouse then asked new staff that was at the front desk and the staff gave him Lysol wipes to clean the stain. We still had no TV so we checked out early morning."

"Very clean and eclectically decorated. Loved the woodwork and retro stylings. It was a very unique style that was great compared to cookie-cutter modern chains. A great place with easy access to Inner Harbor and Federal Hill. Super close to both stadiums. "

"Upon arriving, there was no one at the front desk for 10 minutes. When she arrived, I had to acknowledge her first which put me off considering no one was there. But, I let it slide. Then, I was told there were no King rooms available which I had booked (I was there at 3pm). I could sense they were running behind, which in this day I understand to an extent. We did get our room which was clean and ready, but there were no toiletries in the room and our “soap” was a shampoo bottle by the sink. The plug in (USB) on my side of the bed wasn’t working. All of these things seem minor, but paired with the lack of customer service from the beginning- it isn’t a very friendly or welcoming place to stay. Staff appears that they don’t like their jobs and while they may be true, patrons shouldn’t feel that when they walk in. I usually have a great experience with IHG and am a member, and this property fell short of that. The bed was OK- not the best but not the worst. We skipped breakfast because there are plenty of places around the hotel to go. Likely won’t return to this property- it has potential, but the service was below average. "
