"The pool area was nice. Age appropriate music played in the background (Sinatra, Dean Martin, Ray Charles). I would stay there again because of the location The bed was too soft for me, however. Housekeeping was responsive and provided towels when requested. The rooms were clean. Front desk was able to accommodate my early arrival and provided early baggage storage allowing me to go explore the town. The guests ranged from young to old and the atmosphere was relaxing. If one is looking for a no-frills stay this is your place in Palm Springs. "

"The location is good a lot of restaurants nearby but our room had ants they were literally crawling up on me. There was no rooms available when I arrived so the only one available had a portable AC unit attached to the window. Which they offered a discount but the ants was not good! "

"The location is the only good thing about this place. The room door get stuck and you can't get into your room. The front desk did nothing about it. The towels are old and crappy and they have 1 ply toilet tissue. The ice bucket is a one quart bucket. You have to get Ice 5 times per day. This place is not worth the money."

"The pool looked great, however swimming was not a priority of our trip so I can’t comment on the pool experience. The staff was very friendly, and everything was clean. But the inside of the hotel rooms was very basic. Almost like a larger motel bedroom. I know hotels in palm springs can be expensive but for what we paid here I assumed the rooms themselves would’ve been nicer. For context, we checked in on a Friday afternoon, and checked out on Monday morning, 3 nights, The total booking amount was about $685.00. "
