“Room was not clean, tv did not work properly, the towels were barely bigger than a hand towel with the lowest thread count I have ever seen in a hotel, there was no body wash or conditioner. When I brought a towel down to the front desk the response was terrible. “The real towels are on order and the truck outside has the soap and conditioner it happens you know” Don’t know why I am paying full price for such a lousy experience . Lesson learned.”

“We had a great time on our trip, I don't think we would stay here again though. We could not check in until 3+hours after the check-in time (3 pm) because our room was not cleaned yet. I understand that there can be delays and staffing issues but I think almost 4 hours is crazy. The room was sufficient but certainly not "clean".”

They like to close down an entire side of the area early creating food shortages and long lines, my kids wanted a waffle but the line was so long by the time we made it up there that there were none left.
