Clean and close by to the train station, 5 minute walk. Great location for a short visit to visit Venice. Room and bed was clean. Washroom was clean there is no stand-up shower there is a handheld shower head. Could use an update in the shower as there was a bit of mildew. Common area was nice and clean , there is a fridge, stove and kettle. Overall the place was fine if you just need a place to sleep.

Decent stay

Decent stay and close to the Mestre station. Not very obvious to find as the hotel is in an apartment complex and there is no big sign board in front. The staff sits somewhere else and they arrive only when called. The city tax is 4 euro per person per day and not 1 euro per person per day as mentioned in hotels.com. The bed was not the best and was sinking inside in the middle.

Prenotato sia per la posizione, a pochi minuti dalla stazione di Mestre che per il prezzo sui 60 euro una matrimoniale. Ho prenotato una camera matrimoniale con letto king size ma era un normalissimo letto , in bagno neanche una mensola per apportare qualcosa, specchio molto alto ( inutile per me ) mancava il bidet , almeno mettere un doccino , non puoi farti la doccia tutte le volte... personale alla reception che capiva poco e parlava poco l'italiano meglio in inglese ma siamo in Italia! Tassa di soggiorno 4 euro a persona ( non era questo il prezzo scritto sulla prenotazione ( avremmo dovuto pagare 57,00 euro compreso tassa di soggiorno, ne abbiamo pagato 62 . Non c'Ăš disponibilitĂ  di fare la colazione a buffet, non c'Ăš nessuna macchina per il caffĂš ( solo un bollitore) ma siamo in Italia o no? Per tutti questi motivi , per la non correttezza delle informazioni non lo riprenoterei, per la vicinanza alla stazione e per la pulizia della camera si

Je ne recommande pas. PremiĂšrement quasiment impossible de les joindre avant le Check-in, j’ai envoyĂ© de nombreux messages avant sans rĂ©ponses, et pas de numĂ©ro pour appeler. Nous avons du nous dĂ©placer sur place le matin afin de vĂ©rifier que l’hĂŽtel existait bien et pouvoir obtenir un numĂ©ro qui est indiquĂ© sur la porte et avoir quelqu’un : seul point positif nous avons pu du coup faire le Check-in plus tĂŽt, et laisser nos bagages aprĂšs le check-out. La personne est rĂ©active au tĂ©lĂ©phone et arrive en quelques minutes au logement pour nous ouvrir. Sinon concernant la chambre, draps sales (traces noires), trĂšs mal isolĂ©e, nous avons subi la conversation TĂ©lĂ©phonique d’une voisine jusqu’à 1h du matin. Salle de bain approximative. Et pour finir, la taxe de sĂ©jour indiquĂ©e lors de la rĂ©servation et applicable Ă  Venise pour tous les logements est de 1€ par nuit et par personne. On nous a fait payer 4€/nuit/personne, j’ai fait remarquer l’erreur sur le moment, il m’a dit que non c’était moi qui m’était trompĂ©e. Mais aprĂšs vĂ©rifications c’est bien ce qu’il y avait d’indique, 1€/nuit/personne et ce montant est le mĂȘme pour TOUS les hĂ©bergements dans la ville. DĂ©sormais impossible de me faire rembourser la diffĂ©rence. Bref hormis le check-in en avance, et la possibilitĂ© de laisser ses affaires aprĂšs le Check-out, rien de positif.

La chambre de 3 est petite, la salle de bain n’a pas de douche, uniquement une petite baignoire avec de l’eau chaude au bout de quelques minutes et qui ne reste que par pĂ©riode. Le plafond et les murs de la salle de bain sont tout abĂźmĂ©s.

Our stay was very good. The owner was very kind and willing to help on anything. The apartment was very clean, and there was a communal kitchen with all equipment available and also very clean. We could also use a communal living room which was not crowded at all, plus there was an office available for use with computer.

Gros inconvénient pour une des chambres

La vaisselle n'est pas rangĂ©e par les autres colocataires en temps de Covid 19 puisque nous sommes Ă  Venise, le petit dĂ©jeuner a Ă©tĂ© supprimĂ© pour cette mĂȘme raison, on nous oblige Ă  nous rendre dans un cafĂ© !!! et pas de rĂ©duction sur le coĂ»t de la location malgrĂ© cette suppression. Pour accĂ©der Ă  la chambre que nous occupions, il y avait un palier d'une marche, qu'il fallait passer pour y accĂ©der, redescendre pour accĂ©der Ă  la chambre, remonter et redescendre pour accĂ©der Ă  la salle de bains, idem au retour, vraiment trĂšs dangereux. Cette chambre quoique propre et confortable ne devrait pas ĂȘtre louĂ©e, c'est la seule du logement Ă  avoir cet inconvĂ©nient.
