Room wasn’t ready for the 4pm guarantee. Was offered food voucher as compensation. Nicely renovated room though quite small. Hotel is in the downtown area and easily walkable to most entertainment areas. Requested extra pillows from concierge and were delivered quickly and the staff member was wearing a mask which is a good touch.
