"First of all, the rooms in this hotel looks nothing like what I saw on hotel.com. The first room was horrible! mold in the ceiling of the bathroom, cracked show door and the shower came off the hinges, I asked for another room. This room was nicer, made me a little more comfortable, so now why do I have to clean my room? I literally has to ask for someone to clean my room.
