It is a great place to stay. The room is cozy, it is large and it contains all the essentials we need for the stay. The bed is comfortable. The only downside is that the ceiling is too thin so we can almost hear each footstep from the upper level. Staffs are friendly, but she gave wrong instructions at the first place telling us to park in front of the building, whereas there is a parking lot on the back of the building. Parking is free. No breakfast.

Rooms space great no untesils for kitchen no immediate towels or toiletries housekeeping was no help at all kept demanding to ask front desk for everything and was at times rude some were friendly but when asking for access to lobby restroom i got no entry to it also got nasty phone call for putting our trash in bag by the door no aware housekeeping wont throw it like most hotels but trash dumpster was close by outside so no big deal until you needed more bags also no change available for laundry and rude ladies who hung out all day in lobby

Third floor was quiet and the breakfast was decent and different each day. The pool and spa were closed for maintenance Jan-May but were both full and lit and didn’t appear that they were being worked on. We’re from Alaska and we most likely would’ve stayed elsewhere based on that it’s plenty warm ...

We had a good stay. The room was large and well appointed. The staff, especially at breakfast, were excellent. We did not use the business amenities or pool on this stay.
