"When we arrrived at the hotel the toilet seat was loosed ask the staff to change our room he said the they couldn’t we asked for our money back they charged us a whole night,, I dont recommend this place terrible service and everything , we ended up leaving the same within the same hour we arrived am"

"Upon arrival I checked in a little earlier. I stayed in the past on many other occasions. This time two of my granddaughters graduations I attended. The Hotel in my book is awesome not so keen on there breakfast but overall great. The price is reasonable compared to other hotels. Thank you staffers for all you do and maintenance employees for keeping repairs in order. See ya again"

"The evening staff was incredibly rude, the room was okay, beds were comfortable but aside from that the ac didn’t work, the fridge wasn’t very cold, and the chair had mystery stains and cigarette burn marks on the seat. Also there’s a $100 deposit that’s required at check in which hotels.com app did not convey when booking the room."

"We got the lake front view room, it was awesome. The view was beautiful. The family loved it, with three bathrooms and two bedrooms was perfect for us. Although a bit dated but everything was all in one place. Just what we’re looking for. Would come visit again! We loved the hot tub that was very close by to our room."

Room is old but clean and has an undercounter refrigerator and coffee maker. The fitness center is very good, large space with lots of equipment. Overall, a good experience."
