“Staff is really nice and helpful. The rooms were bare bones. I would not recommend staying here. I felt very unsafe. The lock on the door was very questionable. We put a chair in front of it for security.”

“No hot water the first night, black hair in the bathtub and I am a blonde and the room was filthy. I think it basically got completely skipped from prior guests. I even left a day early very nice staff that helped as much as they could with the hot water and as quickly as they could. And I do understand that the electricity goes off a lot in Big Bear and then you have to flip a switch but he had said the electricity went off a whole day prior and they should have known.
