Rooms and common areas are always clean. There is a great patio on the 3rd floor with glass panels to relax on a chase and enjoy the view of the beach on really hot days. Great hotel in the ocean. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Huge clean room with a wonderful view. Breakfast was great and the staff running it was great. We ate at Lagerheads twice.
