It was a nice experience. The hotel was clean and staff was professional. The elevators had some delay but it could’ve been because it was only 2 elevators and large amount of guests. Other than that, will definitely stay there again.

The staff here is exceptional. I had an issue that needed resolved involving the room we were staying in and Ashley and Alli were incredibly helpful and taking care of everything. They ended up being able to find us an additional room which made the stay that much better. The staff here is always incredibly friendly. The facility is in exceptional condition and at a great location as well. I’ve stayed here before and will stay here again.

The room was clean but during our four night stay they never came to change the sheets or provide fresh towels until we asked. I'm not sure if that's the policy now but it didn't used to be. All the staff were great and super friendly, probably the best part about staying there. The hotel lobby and cafe were nice, however, we couldn't even eat breakfast there due to the fly infestation. The pool and pool area were the worst part, nothing looked clean, the water didn't look like it was monitored for acceptable ph levels and the it looked like it was never power washed; there was literally an orange cone in a corner where the pool cement/ceramic tiles had fallen off. Bottom line, I booked with this hotel because it was rated 7.6 out of 10 and I guess I expected more with those ratings.

This was my gf first time coming to the beach EVER so I wanted to make her 1st experience the best. Oceanfront room has always been a must for me when coming to the beach. It only makes sense to get a view of that beautiful ocean. The room was perfect besides the small bathroom but who cares. The beds were neatly made. Organization in the room was also a plus. The balcony gave the best view especially on Sunday for the fireworks. I enjoyed myself as I always do at the beach & I believe it would be safe to say my gf enjoyed her stay as well. Thank you to the hotel staff for sending up extra towels and supplies when needed and for being so nice and professional. One thing I can definitely say is each staff member I walked by greeted me with a smile and didn’t mind assisting me with questions I may have had. Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Stayed here for 5 days. The room was clean, the bathroom door, opening inwards was a little awkward in such a small space. The hotel staff were all very friendly. Ocean view was great. Would definitely stay there again.

The view was great. But, the bed was hard a rock and the bathroom was so small. Also we could hear our neighbors so well we felt like we were part of their stay as well!
