“In January, we were able to take a rest very comfortably for 3 nights and 4 days in Florence. The tram station was very close to the hotel and it was very convenient to take the tram to the city around the Florence Cathedral and go to the bus tour site early in the morning. Also, there was no problem when returning to the hotel late at night by the tram. Above all, the room was very clean and very comfortable with the spacious bathroom and bathtub, and the courtyard seen from the second floor...

“1인실 사용했는데 아주 깔끔하고 안락했습니다. 1인실 층에 방 2개 욕실 하나 있는데 제가 머문 방이 아닌 다른 방은 창고로 쓰이고 있어서, 실질적으로는 한 층(특히 깔끔한 욕실)을 저 혼자 사용했습니다. 직원분들도 엄청 친절하시고 거실에 비치되는 조식/간식도 푸짐합니다.”

“Franco는 환상적인 호스트입니다. 제가 몇가지 귀찮은 부탁을 했는데도 친절하게 도와줬어요. 진정성있게 도와주려 애쓰는게 느껴졌어요. 위치는 피렌체 역과 매우 가깝고 저희는 굉장히 무거운 캐리어를 들고 가야 했는데도 도보이동이 그리 어렵지 않았어요. 다음에 꼭 가고 싶은 곳입니다. ”

“역에서 매우 가깝습니다. 호텔이 마치 동화속 분위기처럼 화사하고 너무 이쁘게 꾸며져 있습니다. 세심하고 정성 가득한 관리가 매우 돋보입니다. 또한 아침 식사는 과식할 정도로 너무 맛있구요. 무엇보다 직원이 너무 친절합니다. 늦은 체크인을 비롯하여 어떠한 요청에도 매우 친절했습니다..정말 다시 가고 싶습니다.”
