“Comfortable Friendly Staff Good Sauna Good breakfast Good Restaurant ”

“Very much sffered from bed bug biting all night but no change of room or any applogy from the hotel. They have requested to take photos of bugs even showed the body photos bitten all over by bed bugs. The hotel service and room faclities are under the standard comapred to other 4 star hotels. Would not recommend if you want sleep ok.

“From the moment we walked in with our cross-continent backpacks in tow the staff was attentive, helpful and kind. The property was just what we needed for our ladies meet up in Czechia, Amsterdam-Seattle. The room was spacious and clean. The pillow menu was lovely. My daughter absolutely loved the breakfast buffet. Compared to the standards in the United States this was far and beyond a luxury experience. My only critique which makes me rethink booking at this particular location is the spa...

“Property is nice overall and breakfast was ok, small buffet choice but excellent coffee. What majorly lets the hotel down is the misrepresentation of parking facilities, which is a 15 mins walk away uphill. We specifically booked with parking as one of our party has a disability and struggles with strenuous walks. The parking information should have been clearer- we would have selected an alternative accommodation if we had known.”

“Very quiet and restful spa, with excellent breakfast.”

“Beautiful hotel and great location.”
