"On a main tramline into old town really easy to travel around. Staff super helpful and welcoming. Great pool and steam room ( sauna was not working for some of the stay). Decent sized rooms and breakfast was sufficient and varied. "

"There was a wedging at the hotel and therefore no access to the restaurant and we had to order room service which is a shame. The breakfast was not nice (not fresh cakes and only a few options)"
"The hotel was very comfortable with good air conditioning, comfortable rooms and a good breakfast. The best feature however was the location which was ten seconds walk from the main street and an easy walk to most of the sites. I would definitely recommend this for anyone who wants to stay in Sarejevo. There is free parking but the soaces are a bit tight."

"Family owned business with genuine, honest, kind, and considerate staff/service. Honestly I did not know what to expect when arrived in Sarajevo but the hotel definitely made the experience even more memorable. The brothers at the desk literally helped with any and everything . The breakfast was also good. I would definitely recommend this hotel for someone who’s visiting Sarajevo for the first time. The family even helped with excursions around the city. They offered a lot of great tips for me and my family. "
