"We stayed at Riverside for over a week. The service was great, room was clean, and the stuff was very helpful. They also have luggage storage service which is very handy. Since our flight was but late, they allowed us to stay a bit longer in the room and had a late check out. Again, we were very happy with our stay and recommend this property definitely."

"Amazing location and view, right in the heart of the Bund. That said, during peak time the traffic here is very bad. Room is very spacious and high end, it's like a mini apartment. Pool and facilities are nice. You pay for that with your hotel price. Everything in the hotel and the surrounding high end hotels is priced accordingly."
