Nice resort overall
Pros - clean rooms, polite staff, close to beaches, oceanview rooms have an amazing view.
Cons - missing the little touches that would have gotten it 5 stars like terrible coffee selection. The 6am breakfast Grab-N-Go doesn't exist. Food is mediocre and really overpriced (this is from a NYer that lives in LA, so I know fine dining prices).

This rating is for the employee Curt. He was truly amazing. So kind to our little one. Gave him a stuffed animal. Let him feed the fish. Helped us with our bags and helped us change rooms. Best hotel employee ever. Give him a raise! Hotel itself is just all right. Pools were unimpressive. And a little bit cold. Restaurants are just OK. Breakfast at the Garden Grill was pretty good. Great proximity to the beach and a great playground for my son. Overall pretty good hotel for the value made extra special by their employee Curt.
