“The property was the correct distance for the day of driving. Area around didn’t have any “good” restaurants. Condition was OK but dated, mattresses were lump and felt well used.”

“For the price, my stay was OK. The comforter on my bed was dirty. There was a dead bug on the floor, and the bathroom was not as tidy as it should be. If you’re looking to save money and you just need somewhere to lay your head down then this would be the place, otherwise I wouldn’t recommend it.”

“Would never stay again the room was nasty boogers on the walls stained beds. Shower did not drain. Beds were really small. I thought they were queen beds ask for a refund for the small beds and the dirty rooms asked if I wanted to move rooms. I’m like that’s not gonna change anything didn’t even stay my second night.”

“very clean and quiet hotel. Oberlin conservatory is very close, only 2 minutes by walking. But there are no places for mart and grocery store near hotel. ”

“I loved all that they had to offer. I wish the staff had been a little more clear about how you get all of the bonus items from staying here. But otherwise no complaints.”

“The staff was great, the room was clean and comfortable. The only unfavorable issue was that every time I needed to return to the room I needed to go back to the front desk and get the card rekeyed for my room. Given that I’m over a certain age, my prostate really doesn’t allow me to wait very long.”

“Not the most well maintained Courtyard but recently renovated. Carpet is dirty.”

“Beautiful place along Lake Erie. Love that it's in the water. Fun bar next door. Lots of places to walk or benches/swings to sit and enjoy the views. The sunset in the swimming cove was lovely. Nickel Beach down the road was nice ($7 parking) and cleaner than the beach by the hotel. Plenty of places to eat in Sandusky which is 11 minutes away. Typical breakfast, clean room and extremely comfy beds. Worth the stop!”

“The building is looking decent (you can tell they have made recent improvements), the room had much to be desired. Non-draining sink that was chipped and stained, bathtub had molded grout, and peeling wall. I did enjoy sitting by the outside pool in the morning reading, however when I tried to get back to my room and got lost, a staff member was quite rude and said you can't come through here (empty board room) not in a nice way at all.
