"We couldn’t get into the room as the key was not where we been told. Communication was poor and with delays. From door code didn’t work (we went out and come back around 3am and the door lock was not working!) there was another people coming after us and they was loud shouting and playing music! ..."

"1) Checkin details were not provided - I had to contact Hotels.com and wait ±1hr outside in the windy street to get these.
