“It’s a good hotel, well situated for the airport (if that why you’re staying there). For me the hotel amenities, of which there were many, weren’t useful as I only had a short single night stay. The room was well appointed but the a/c even on full cooling was not able to cool the room properly. It was too warm. The television remote wasn’t working properly either. Not a big deal but irritating.”

“Another fantastic stay at Moat House for my parents, who simply won't stay anywhere else when they're visiting the area! The whole team were phenomenal from start to finish. Apologies that we didn't manage to get everyone's names, but Hannah on reception was amazing at check-in, and Kirsty was excellent at check-out. “Fabulous stay for our son’s graduation. We had three rooms ours (no5) definitely the best. Great value for money with breakfast included. We ate in the restaurant too and the food was definitely, breakfast included the morning was tasty too. Staff friendly, helpful and attentive.”

“We live this place, have been there lots but Patios and outside areas could have been a bit cleaner. Rooms are not very soundproof. We were on the ground floor this time and had people walking above us all night. On the plus side, Staff are very friendly and helpful and the food is delicious and reasonably priced.”
