For starters, whoever is the maintenance person, thy need to be fired. the bathtub had a hole in the floor and all they did was put white duct tape over it useless!!!. Then thy must have remodeled the room but instead of using the same size sink, light fixtures, nightstand and toilet, they used smaller sizer but left the bolts and nails and wholes that the old fixtures caused exposed. “Property could use a good overhaul. I initially went to the wrong room and the door frame was busted so the door wasn't even actually close shut. I pushed it open, the TV was on, and personal items on the furniture where the TV was sitting. Immediately I left because I knew someone was in that room (not at that moment, thankfully). The showers are awful, takes a while to get the water to come on and then sometimes hard to shut off. It could be cleaner. When you walk around on the floor in socks...
