"Great location. 5 minute walk into alexanderplatz or can jump on the tram right outside the hotel. There is a stand in the reception where you can buy bus tours, etc and the lady there was so helpful! Staff were all really helpful and attentive. We had an issue with our sink and it was resolved by the time we got back in the afternoon. Breakfast was also lovely. Cannot fault this hotel at all. "

The area around the hotel is very walkable five minutes to get to a major train station. Three minutes to get to a tram station to the north.
