“Hilton has an excellent location with breath taking views . They are upgrading the hotel because it needs some updating due to the age of the hotel, so if you dont mind a bit of construction its fine. It didnt bother me because they weren't noisy. The rooms are very nice however the shower was not cleaned properly and mould is visible in the bathroom. Other than that the staff is amazing and the food at the restaurant was great . Just be careful with the eggs at breakfast ! 😳”

“We had a wonderful stay at Sugar Bay Barbados, and one of the biggest reasons was the people. The staff truly made the experience special. Kai, Akiel, Kay, Destiny, and Devon were absolutely amazing. They made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and personable. It seemed like everywhere you turned, someone was greeting you with a smile and a hello. That kind of genuine hospitality is something you can’t teach, and it speaks volumes about the...

“The property was great, our room was clean and comfortable, there was a problem with the air conditioning that was immediately fixed. Almost all the staff were friendly and welcoming. The front desk staff checking us in on 10/16/26-4pm was not friendly or welcoming, she should reconsider her choice of profession. Everybody else was excellent( Hermonius and Mrs. Jackie). We had an ocean view from our room. The bartenders were great (Winston and Amari) and the food was good- the omelette station...

“The staff were the kindest and most helpful of any hotel I’ve ever stayed at! Very impressed and grateful!”

“The Staff and bartenders were excellent! The pools were very clean and easy to enjoy. The location on the beach was great. The facility is currently in need of minor repairs, which was being done while I was there. The work and workers were very quite and not an issue.”

“Staff was great. Everything else was not so great. Food was bad. Drinks were good. Room was.... Bathroom door had problems. There was a crab in the room. Needed updating. Pull out couch bed was bad. Couldn't sleep on that.”

“it was a 10/10 experience! would come back”

“Wundervoller Aufenthalt!!!”

“The room had a nice Jacuzzi in it. The staff was helpful and friendly. However the hotel need a little shop to sell few items. Also, the rooms seems old. A little upgrade on rooms, like the tiles for bathroom, sliding doors need replacing or servicing and the dresser. Also, the pillows were worn out. The shower was either hot or cold, it didnt seem to have a balance. Just a little work on the rooms and it will be a good hotel.”

“Beautiful property, helpful staff. Needs more work on the nightlife activities. After dinner and the little karaoke nights there was nothing else to really do but go to your room or off the property. A little lounge room would do some justice. And the bars as well there should be at least one that stays open late for anyone needing a drink after 12pm. Overall it was a good stay, the complimentary shuttles were great.”
