"I stayed here as a child and so dragged my husband to see it and stay there. It has not really changed that much except they have maintained the property beautifully and upgraded the bar and restaurant. This hotel offers a HIGH end of service, meaning you cannot move without someone greeting you or offering to help. If you find that offputting, then stay somewhere else but in general, the staff is helpful and reads the room well. (After the first few interactions, the doorman realized I knew the neighborhood and stopped offering directions.) The concierge helped us arrange transport to the airport and helped with restaurants, including realizing we did not want high end but just average ones. We had a heating/air problem which was fixed within minutes. Breakfast is worth the time and on the last morning, Hafid presented my husband with the perfect breakfast when he could not decide and we had to catch a plane. Fantastic place to stay, with restaurants nearby, walking distance to Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, Parliament, the Tate Britain and three parks. A great neighborhood for runners. Pro tip: if you don't want to fight the crowds at Buckingham Palace, got up to Queen Anne's Gate a bit before the change, and watch the guards march up in all their regalia."

"During our recent travels to Türkiye, the United Kingdom, and Ireland, staying at The Clermont London was one of the best hotel experiences we had! Felix at the front desk made us feel especially welcome with complimentary drinks and a generous upgrade to a suite. It was such a thoughtful gesture, and we had an absolutely wonderful stay. The hotel is perfectly located, within walking distance of so many attractions, with Victoria Station right next door. It’s incredibly convenient for traveling to and from the airports by train. Our room was spotlessly clean, quiet, and comfortable, with a wonderful bed that made for a great night’s sleep. We highly recommend The Clermont London to anyone visiting London and will definitely be staying here again on our next visit! A++++++++++! Thank you to Felix and the entire team for making our stay so memorable!"
