"The room was very very dirty. There’s dust and trash everywhere. Just beware it’s dirty. Found a bandaid stuck on the wall on top of the headboard and many other just unsanitary things around the room. Wish I could get a refund. Staff is okay but dont stay here. "

I stayed in the Presidential Suite for my bachelorette party and they honestly undersell it in the pictures. It was the perfect size: big rooms (for NYC), tons of bathrooms, full living area… great space! So happy I booked here and thanks again to amazing staff!!"
