“The host, Chris, was so kind to pick me up from the bus station when I was unable to get a taxi, especially since it was raining. I had a problem with the TV as well as a leaking shower, but Chris fixed them both. The bed was clean and comfortable, as was the room. “The main thing to be said about our stay at the poltimore is that the staff really couldnt do enough for you. So attentive and lovely. The room was clean, spacious and had a stunning view of the countryside. The water sometimes ran brown, but this is probably the only negative comment to be said. Food has always been very nice here. We happily stay here again. ”

I stayed here for business so I needed to do more work in my room, the staff were happy for me to take my dinner up into my room and the rump steak that I had was incredibly good. I was also up and out in the morning too early for breakfast so the staff made me a packed lunch which was really nice of them. ”
