“Do not book this motel. Our window was broken for the duration of the trip, which was addressed at arrival. We were told maintenance would come to fix it, but no one ever showed up. Someone ended up climbing in through our window at 7am, which is when we discovered the window didn’t even lock. Police were called and they talked to the staff about getting someone to come and fix the window. Our window was broken for our entire weekend trip. This situation actually took up most of our 4th of July....

The problem was that the undersized air condition unit in our room broke after the first night - during the heat wave on the Fourth of July weekend. Being a holiday, there wasn't a maintenance person to fix or replace it. The room was sweltering. The people at the front desk were very apologetic, but there was nothing they could do. “Our room was clean and stocked with all we needed. The staff is amazing and so helpful. Parking was great. Used the parking lot till a spot under in the garage was open then moved so easier to pack up. Air conditioning was perfect on this hot weekend. Loved there was a connected bar/restaurant we could go to late at night or when it was raining. It was a great weekend.”
