The hotel staff were all very nice and provided exceptional customer service. The room was well-appointed, with comfy beds and a beautiful bathroom. We paid extra for Fairmont Gold (concierge level) and found it to be a great value. The food at the buffet breakfast was delicious and they had nice snacks at other times of the day. "Shabby hotel with little or no recent maintenance. Toilet paper dispenser was coming out of the wall. Dark spots on sheets. Peeling wallpaper throughout the facility. Dust under the bed was so thick I could draw my name in it! Staff was mildly attenuative, when they could raise their eyes from their cell phones.
