“For the price I was expecting a little better accommodations. The pillows are completely flat. Need two or more for comfort. Place could use touch up on paint in bathroom. Door and walls are dirty. Toilet seat not stable. Staff are kind and helpful when you need amenities but they should invest in body wash. Soap they provide leaves skin very dry.”

“Our room was roach infested and we couldn’t get the hotel to even refund us, they told us it was up to Expedia but when I tried to cancel the trip through Expedia I couldn’t even speak to customer service and explain the reason with roach infestation and the inn wouldn’t send the request to them and Expedia didn’t let me cancel it because it had started”

“pool was good hot tub was dirty”

“No fridge or microwave”

“I saw a couple of police car patrolling the parking lots. Keeping families safe”

“The floor had spots that were sticky and the backboard of the bed had a whole in it. It was quiet and I felt safe tho”

“The bed was very comfortable. The first lady that checked us in was great. Helpful and friendly. After her, the others were mediocre at best. There was no refrigerator or microwave in the room, suites had a refrigerator. The food places on the property were closed. The day we were leaving, I killed a cockroach in my room.”

“We came in for the Balloon Festiva and this property was convenient for ride shares to pick us up/drop off from the field. It was also a close ride to Old Town. For an older property it was well maintained, clean and they opened breakfast at 4 a.m. for us festival people. The breakfast was filling, lots of choices. It was fun to interact with other festival goers and met several balloon pilots as well! We would choose this property again!”

“We are PARK KIDEOK family who stayed in room 821 for 4 days. On the first day, there was an accident in which the laundry bag was lost due to an employee's mistake, and room cleaning was not done for one day. We have complained to the hotel, and the manager in charge presented a compensation plan. I had to check out early in the morning of the last day, so I left my contact information, but there was no contact, and I tried to contact again recently, but there was no answer from the manager...

“Excellent hotel”

“관리 잘되고 있음 다만 연식이 조금 느껴짐”

“It was a good one night stay. The room has a little bit of a musty smell to it. But over all clean. There was a hole in the wall in our bathroom. And hardly any water pressure in the shower. The overall stay was fine.”

“The staff were consistently pleasant and helpful. The restaurant had a tasty breakfast as well as their other meal options.”
