"Check-in was smooth, and the staff were very friendly. The hotel was centrally located near the areas we needed to visit, with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby and easy access to the freeways. The beds were comfortable, and the sheets, towels, and countertops were clean. The kitchenette, equipped with a refrigerator and microwave, was a nice feature and would be especially useful for longer stays. However, there were several areas that needed improvement. The carpet had numerous dirty spots, and the room had an unpleasant, musty odor. The bathtub also looked very dirty, as though it had not been cleaned recently, although it may have been stained. Additionally, the trash can under the kitchenette sink had not been emptied before our arrival. We were in town for two days, and overall, the room served its purpose. While the convenient location, friendly staff, and comfortable beds were positives, the cleanliness issues took away from the overall experience."
