Avi Resort & Casino
6/10 Okay
"This is the first place that did not have a coffee pot or water in the room. Getting up and getting dressed to go get coffee is not my ideal place, we had to go find someone to get clean towels. Maybe I am spoiled, but when you are staying more than one night you would think that housekeeping would at least ask. It wasn't a horrible experience by any means."

Harrah’s Laughlin - A Caesars Rewards Destination

"Room size was ok, fairly clean. Not sure where the refurb was as a lot of the room looked old. Maybe had a paint but workmanship is poor. Best 2 restaurants are El burro and Beach cafe. Pizza place is ok but Smashburger is cheap and not nice. Water Taxi's are good and there's a free bus into Laughlin."

Don Laughlin's Riverside Resort Hotel & Casino
10/10 Excellent
"Room with a view of the river was roomy and well maintained. It was quiet and comfortable sleeping in the room. I liked the blackout curtains. Restaurants and coffee shops were great. The Riverview Prime Rib dinner was absolutely delicious. The wait staff were very attentive and provided excellent service. Pool was clean and well maintained."

"Stayed here after getting a lower price than the other hotel I almost pushed the button to reserve a room. the initial contact I had over the phone requesting a 2nd floor room I got a very welcomed and pleasant young lady at the hotel. At first glance the hotel from the outside look like it may be a little dated. The lobby area was well kept and inviting. The hotel is very secure with gates only opened by your key from the parking lot areas. Entering the grounds we noticed they were well maintained. The pool looked inviting but with the temperature above 100 degrees tit was too hot for this old character. Upon entering the room the room looked okay, The Ac was cold but s little loud and hoped it would allow me too sleep. It didn't. We had to turn the HVAC off at night because of the noise and left the fan which actually worked adequately to keep us cool. When we left for our event we switched the AC to a different mode but on return it had made the room smell a little musty. The sofa seemed a little "overused" and could have used a cleaning. When walking from room to sink the carpet was a little torn up at the edge and was needing repair. When Showering the tub tended to creak when you stepped near the drain plug. No big deal for our room but I'm sure below it was amplified. When we finally got into bed the AC had to be turned off because of the noise and then the refrigerator start making of and on noised every 30 minutes, It kept me up all night. I didn't turn"
