"The carpets are stained pretty good, but other than that, not bad. Parking situation is horrible. I understand the location, paying for parking was not the issue, but the company they use is from the stone age, and do not have an app to be able to manage it from."

"The convenience factor was most important to us which was perfect. The staff was friendly. The room was clean and neat. Restaurant on site off the lobby. If I could change one thing… Large, heavy roller bags do not operate easily on the thick carpet to the elevators."
